Divisional Manager -Fashion/Jewellery/HN

Salary Package : AED 30,000 + Benefits Principal Accountabilities:

1. Develop and implement overall purchase and sales strategy and prepare plan and approach for brand management for brand(s) under own purview.
2. Contribute to the brand marketing strategy and plan advertising and promotional campaigns/activities
3. Review and monitor sales plan implementation and results, to ensure sales budgets are achieved.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with Brand Principals in order to build and strengthen the brand.
5. Implement and monitor store operations policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
6. Plan the annual buying requirements for the brands by calculating buying budget in line with sales history and market trends, collecting information on customer mix in terms of nationality, age, sex and size from the Shop Managers, identifying slow and fast moving items, and forecasting future buying requirements. (optional for Fashion)
7. Plan human resource requirements with HR department and participate in the recruitment of new staff to ensure selection is in line with the Brand standards.
8. Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
9. Keep abreast of developments in fashion market in the region. Maintain intelligence tab on market information and customer data. Prepare analyses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and principals to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy.

Key Performance Indicators:
1. Achievement of sales targets
2. Improved buying/improved sell through
3. CSI (assessed through appropriate indices)
4. Lower replacement days of existing stock
5. Relationship with principals


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

 A Degree or tertiary qualification in Retailing or Retail Management
 The jobholder needs to have good people management and communication skills.
 At least 5 years of specialized sales management training with a proven track record in the field of Sales and Retailing
